I am shocked that this is the first post featuring an omurice made by me.  I make on occasion, but always for lunch on a weekend, so it’s never been featured until now.

As the photo shows, I don’t bother tucking the omelet under the rice, just drape it over.

While plating the first one, I realized that we’d run out of ketchup, which I usually squeeze on top.  So I improvised with tonkatsu sauce + sriracha + mayo.  Nobody seemed to notice anything different.
