Puradak Boneless Chicken

The boneless fried chicken from Puradak – our current go-to chicken delivery joint – comprises bit-sized chunks of thigh meat, same seasonings as the bone-in fried chicken. While the boys prefer the boneless version because every piece is tender and easy to eat, I prefer the standard bone-in whole bird for 4 reasons: (i) a full range of cuts provides contrasting tastes and textures; (ii) fussing with the bones is part of the fun; (iii) the bones provide additional flavor (or so they say, but I’m not convinced that it makes a huge difference); (iv) it’s cheaper.
