Stacker 4 Whopper, aka Quad Whopper in other markets, is a Burger King item. It’s a Whopper with 4 beef patties + 4 slices of cheese.

Obviously, it was stupid. Didn’t really taste like anything beyond a big pile of ground beef. I tried to finish it, just to see how far I’d get, but got queasy at the halfway mark. And stayed queasy for a few hours thereafter. So it was gross, in addition to stupid. I’m gross, in addition to stupid.
I deplored this kind of obscene glorification of overindulgence a few years back when I was at WHO and working pathways to reduce risk factors for noncommunicable diseases, such as unhealthy diet – in that prior post, I speculated: “I don’t think that a four-patty burger would taste very good; at that point, it’s just a big pile of ground beef” (see 5.031 Baconator Mushroom Melt). I was right. So shame on me for overindulging myself again.
