from BHC Chicken

with the Family
Gold King is a BHC item. It’s fried chicken, tossed in a sweet soy-based glaze. Described on the website, instant translation courtesy of Google, as: “Fantastic taste with the harmony of deep-tasting aged soy sauce, sweet honey, and salty garlic.” BHC’s knock-off of Kyochon’s signature dish (see 4.094 Original Soy-Garlic Chicken).
Fried chicken alone doesn’t constitute a meal, not a balanced one, even with a spread of 3 different varieties, but I was too tired on a Friday evening to cook, and everyone else was too tired to care.
