Daegu Doenjang Jjigae

Upon thaw, the frozen cod fillets didn’t seem good enough to be cooked as stand-alone pieces, so I used them as components in a standard doenjang jjigae. The dish reminded me of a Japanese-style miso mackerel braise that I’d improvised a while back (see 11.359 A Bowl of Fish Soup).
