Jjusoban (쭈소반) is a Korean restaurant. Specializes in seafood dishes.
Although Jjusoban has been around since 2013, soon after the building went up, about a year before I moved to Manila, I never had a chance to try it out.
We were in the neighborhood to sign the lease renting out the Oksu apartment. The In-Laws tagged along because, well, they like to get involved with such things. Afterwards, we dropped by Jjusoban for lunch because, well, it’s the kind of place that the In-Laws like.

Aside from the restaurant’s many “signature” dishes, which I’d cover if I were to come back, I was more impressed by the freebie buchu jeon. Not so much the taste or texture, but its vivid viridescence (I also considered “verdancy”).
