We ordered the same set as before, but it fell short.  The fish this time mostly comprised white, cheap cuts – in fact, not even tuna – compared to red, cheap cuts last time.

Another odd thing was that everything was served at once, and really quick, indicating that the food was prepared in advance and left to sit around until customers arrived.   As such, the service felt rushed and indifferent.
