Spaghetti with Gambas al Ajillo

After making gambas al ajillo a while back, I had saved the leftover oil and garlic. Tonight, I reheated the oil and garlic, then tossed in a handful of pre-shelled, frozen/thawed shrimp. Not as good as using fresh shrimp, of course, but pretty respectable as a semi-shortcut – all ready within minutes.
