Amazing Thai is a Thai restaurant.

We had discovered the place passing by during our prior Itaewon outing (see 12.305 Fried Mushrooms) and flagged it for a future visit.

The food was pretty good all around.  I was surprised, pleasantly, by the aggressive seasonings, more authentically Thai, as would be expected at a restaurant located in Itaewon, Seoul’s expat enclave, where the recipes tend not to be watered down to appease local palates.
