at Legendary Chicken

While previous posts have featured the restaurant’s chicken via delivery, this is the first post from the restaurant on site. Maybe next time, I’ll show the inside.
While standard deep-fried squid (ojingeo twigim) includes the entire squid, the variation here serves only the legs. The name of the dish is a portmanteau of “o (ojingeo) + dari (leg).” Come to think of it, squid legs are better suited for this kind of application, because the batter/breading adheres better to all the curves and crevices of the tentacles, compared to the smooth surfaces of the body.
