Whereas GMTD’s first post on this restaurant featured whole cuts of lamb ribs (13.122 Premium Yang Galbi), the the house specialty is lamb skewers (ggochi), made from smaller bits of lamb.

W wanted to try the dak ddongjib (chicken gizzards), which also came as skewers.

Never been a big fan of gizzards, though I do have distinct memories of the 2 occasions when they were featured on GMTD (see 4.223 Wonjo Bindae Ddeok; 6.035 Ulkeun Chicken Gizzaed).
