In keeping with the tradition of treating myself to dinner at the conclusion of an event – in this case, the BEK book fair – I dropped by Holee Chow.

Even though I prefer shrimp over pork any day, I have to admit that American-style mushu is a rare dish in which pork works better than shrimp (see for comparison 11.329 Mushu Pork).
