Grilled Cheese with Spaghetti Pomodoro Crudo

For some reason, or more likely no good reason, various food companies in Korea have begun offering haloumi-style cheese, even though grilled cheese or anything remotely like it isn’t a thing in Korea.

Not bad.  After a few minutes in the pan with a touch of olive oil, the slices developed a respectable crust, leaving the inside soft and chewy.  The cheese didn’t have much flavor, similar to low-moisture mozzarella, but kinda nice in its blandness, like tofu (see for comparison 10.163 Pan-Grilled Haloumi in Spicy Tomato Sauce).  I see potential for a wide range of applications.
