Yuxiang Rousi is a Chinese dish.  Strips of pork stir-fried with pickled chilies + soy sauce + sugar + garlic + ginger, along with various aromatics.  While the name of the dish means “fish-flavored (yuxiang) shredded pork (rousi),” it does not involve fish, or even fish sauce.  In Korea, the Chinese characters are phoneticized as “eohyang (魚香) yukseul (肉絲).”
