Cobb Salad is an American dish. Salad, typically comprised of chopped greens (e.g., lettuce) + tomatoes + avocados + cheese (e.g., blue) + chicken breast + hard-boiled eggs + bacon + dressing (e.g., vinaigrette). Named after Robert Cobb, owner of the Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant where the dish was invented.
The Seoul Club version was okay. The creamy dressing made it taste like an overly fussy Caesar. Reminded me of a pre-made salad from Costco, only on porcelain – like how the bibimbap on Korean Air is the same in economy or business class, except for the plating.
