The base was a frozen cheese pizza by Kirkland.

Thrice cooked: air-fried (10 min) to initially cook the pie + grilled (2 min) in a dry skillet to crisp up the crust + torched (20 sec) on top to add a touch of char.

The flavor profile was vaguely reminiscent of puttanesca.
