Chamchi Gimbab is a Korean dish. Gimbab, with tuna (chamchi) – canned tuna mixed with mayo (like in an American tunafish sandwich) – as the central ingredient. Arguably the second-most popular version of gimbab, after the standard. A version of this in triangular form was previously featured on GMTD (see 8.012 Spicy Tuna Samgak Gimbab).
I’m not a huge fan (I don’t like canned tuna except in an American tunafish sandwich), but it’s okay on occasion.

First time eating at the restaurant (see also 12.008 Gimbab – Three Ways).
