Jeongseong Hanjul (정성한줄) is a Korean restaurant chain.  Specializes in gimbab.  The name translates loosely to “an earnest roll” (the sign says “heartful made”).  Currently 18 locations across the country.

The Wirye branch is located in the Woosung Medipia building.
All rolls are made to order.

Among the dozen or so varieties of gimbab on the menu, I like the following 3:

Jeongseong Hanjul (3.0): the basic, signature roll, consisting of finely sliced cucumber, carrots, burdock root, sliver of ham, sliver of egg; light and tasty, like a salad.
Krami Mayo (3.0): similar to the basic (no ham), with a fat wedge of Krami (krab stick) and gobs of mayonnaise; creamy and soft, IZ’s favorite.
Gochujang Bulgogi: similar to the basic (no ham), with spicy minced pork; a bit of kick, my favorite.
