Because this restaurant specializes exclusively in tuna sashimi (see most recently 12.191 Luxury Tuna Sashimi Set), the hoe deopbab comes entirely with bits of tuna – and that’s a good thing – rather than the unpredictably random assortment of fish found in hoe deopbab at other restaurants (see for example 11.247 Hoe Deopbab).
