Although I have dramatically reduced red meat from my diet, especially processed meats, I do keep a specific ham product on hand: CJ Food’s Fresh & Delicious Delicatessen Loin Slice.  Thinly sliced, moist, chewy, lightly flavored.  It’s the only ham in Korea similar to supermarket sandwich meat from the States – which isn’t great, admittedly, but reminds me of college, when I ate a lot supermarket sandwich meat.

Typically, I make ham sandwiches with white bread + mayo + mustard + iceberg lettuce.  IZ’s favorite.
