Started out as oyakodon, then I remembered the 4 liters of soy chicken stock in the freezer – left over from a soy sauce chicken a while back (see 12.229 Soy Sauce Chicken) – so the dish turned Chinese-ish.

I still have 3.5 liters remaining.
