The best thing at this restaurant begins when the main dish – either a seafood braise or seafood stew – is finished. The leftover sauce/broth is put to a secondary use as a base for bokkeumbap (fried rice), which turns out intensely rich in seafood flavor.


The prior post in this restaurant featured a banchan (11.211 Goguma Julgeori Namul), rather than a main dish.
