Mackerel Salad Sandwich

With leftover grilled mackerel from lunch on the weekend, I picked out the meat and turned it into a mayo-based salad, like tuna salad, and served it as a sandwich. Not bad – more intensely fishy than a salad made from canned tuna, which was a good thing, for me.
