Cobbling together ingredients from varying sources to improvise Cantonese-style wonton noodle soup.

Pretty good, not too far off in essence from the dish at Je Je  (see 13.034 Prawn Wonton Noodle), though admittedly falling short in quality (wontons and noodles), but certainly much cheaper (as the dish should be).
