Rad Na is a Thai dish.  Wide rice noodles, stir-fried with meats and vegetables, topped with thick gravy.  Regarded as Chinese in origin.

First time trying the dish, it was pretty good.  Reminded me of the hofan at Tao Yuan in Manila (see 5.252 Seafood Hofan) (oh god, those days were so great).
