Seoul Sup (Forest) Osam Bulgogi (서울숲 오삼불고기) is a Korean restaurant. Specializes in osam bulgogi – in fact, it’s the only available dish during the lunch service.
Given the rather unremarkable storefront, I had never thought about trying the place, but a new staff member (who had previously worked in the neighborhood) strongly recommended it, so there we were.
She was right – the food was excellent. Pristinely fresh ingredients, especially the squid and pork belly. Spicy-sweet sauce, enhanced by wok char. Served with steamed rice in a large bowl to facilitate mixing. One of the best restaurants within walking distance of the office.
