Milbon (밀본) is a Korean restaurant. Offers just 2 “main” dishes and 5 “side” dishes. Recipient of the Michelen Guide Bib Gourmand in 2018 and 2019.
The mandu – featured here in steamed form were mostly hit and somewhat miss. Not really to my taste – a bit too sharp – but distinct, clearly made in-house, in contrast to many restaurants that serve mass-produced/frozen mandu, which all taste kinda the same. The thick, uneven texture of the hand-made skins was nice (“son = hand”). Good enough to try again in the grilled form and/or in the plain (kimchi-less) version.
