Lamb Chops Milanese with Spaghetti in Cream Sauce

“alla Milanese” is an Italian cooking method. Typically comprises a thin cutlet of meat – traditionally veal, often chicken – dredged in flour, coated in egg wash, covered in bread crumbs, pan-fried in butter. Believed to originate in the 12 century in the city of Milano.
I had the meat and crumbs, and thus an impromptu Lamb Chops Milanese.
