I do eat enjoy meat on occasion these days, like maybe a few pieces of galbi a few times a year, if I can’t avoid it, and I love savor the experience every time (see most recently 13.298 Dweji Galbi), though even then I try to lean towards the non-meat options (see for example 13.231 Husik Mul Naeng Myeon).
