Legendary Nuclear Buldak Wings

Fried chicken from Legendary Chicken, tossed with Haek Buldak Sauce (see generally 14.024 Hot Ones: The Korean Edition).

Not bad.  Works because the chicken isn’t breaded, so the skin absorbs the sauce and stays crispy.  Certainly easier than deep-frying the chicken from scratch.  Unfortunately, Legendary Chicken doesn’t offer wings only.
