Another shot at mak guksu (see most recently 14.215 Chuncheon Memil Mak Guksu), this time from scratch. While chicken (dak) is not a common protein found in Korean cold noodle dishes, it can be (see for example 4.255 Chogye Tang). The plating was inspired by the noodle dish at Pureun Chojang (see 2.274 Jaengban Guksu).
Still struggling. Perhaps I’m making it overcomplicated with too many vegetables; I should simplify the toppings and concentrate on the sauce. Stay tuned.
