Galam Plee Pad Nampla is a Thai dish.  Simply chopped green/white cabbage (galam plee), stir-fried (pad) in oil with garlic + fish sauce (nampla).  Served as a side.

The fourth dish inspired by a video on Hot Thai Kitchen (see Garlicky Cabbage & Fish Sauce Side Dish).  Recalling a similar dish at the Hunanese restaurant Fuyuan in Manila (see 10.258 Fried Fish in Special Sauce), which I’d attempted to recreate at home (see 11.010 Stir-Fried Chili Cabbage), I added sliced chilies to Chef Pailin’s recipe.

Meh.  It might work for someone who really likes fish sauce, but I found it kinda fishy.
