Stir-Fried Chili Cabbage

Inspired by the dish at Fuyuan (see for example 10.256 Fried Fish in Special Sauce) – just cabbage, garlic, ginger, chilies, chili oil, soy sauce, and sugar, tossed for a few seconds in oil over high heat.

Not bad.  With some tweaking, this could become a permanent part of the repertoire.
