While Anseong Tang Myeon is one of my all-time favorite ramyeon brands – second only to Neoguri (see generally 8.138 Neogrui Ramyeon), it was never featured on GMTD until this year, first at a restaurant for lunch (see 14.146 Anseong Tang Myeon with Sundubu), second as an adaptation of a Thai-style stir-fry (see 14.213 Pad Anseong).

And now, at long last, in its standard form, by me, at home (for lunch).

Perfectly poached egg.

Anseong Tang Myeon is the Goldilocks of Korean ramyeon.  The noodles are not too thick, not too thin.  The broth is not too spicy, not too mild.  Balanced all around.
