Enchilada Set

Second trip in 3 days, this time accompanied by W, so I could order more.

As per the menu, the Enchilada Set includes a God Enchilada + 2 tacos (choice of any protein) + fries + guacamole – but actually more, as described in the photo below.

Enchiladas have been featured 5 times on GMTD (see most recently 9.010 Beef Enchiladas), all by me, though never properly defined/described.   I will make another one in the days to come, and give a proper introduction to the dish.

The God Enchilada was good.  Not really an enchilada, just a flour tortilla burrito smothered in a creamy spicy sauce – i.e., a “wet burrito” (see 12.308 Wet Burrito).  Whatever it was, I enjoyed it.
