with the Family

14th attempt at roasting meat (see most recently 15.199 Roast Pork Shoulder with Mashed Potatoes in Mushroom Gravy), 2nd time with pork.

Exactly the same as before, except to cook it to a final internal temperature of 67 degrees, a solid medium.

Although it turned out fine, I’ve decided that I don’t like roast pork.
