Started off as a tuna salad sandwich.  But it crumbled into a mess upon first bite – partly because the tuna salad was looser than usual, partly because the buns were too small to hold everything in – requiring a knife and fork to finish it.

So, for the second round, the components were deconstructed into a salad.
