Intending to make a standard vinaigrette, I decided at the last second simply to drizzle some EVOO and Little Dick’s Ghost Pepper Pear Sauce, the first external application of an item from the Hot Ones Season 25 lineup (see generally 15.307 The Hot Ones Season 25).

Not bad, though the profile could’ve used a touch of acid, like lemon juice.
