The tomahawk was passable, barely.  Didn’t appear to be a traditional tomahawk cut, which comprises the center ribeye – here, judging by the shape of the rib bone, plus an odd additional bone attached to the rib bone, as well as the uneven composition of the meat, I would say that it had been towards the far edge of the rib rack.  Certain parts were tough, others tender.  But nice char flavor.  Their priciest item at 98,000 won.  Won’t be ordering this again, but glad to get it out of the way.
