Cheolgil Busan Jib is a Koreanish/Japaneseish restaurant/pub – “premium odeng bar & izakaya,” as per the signage.  Offers various anju dishes, mostly Japanese in origin, primarily Korean in implementation.

Located in the I-Plex building, a few doors to the right of Rolling Pasta (see generally 12.329 Tomato Pasta).

Dropped by the plaza on the way home, in want of a pre-dinner snack and draft beer.  This place fit the bill.

The so-called “ggoburi eomuk (꼬불이어묵) = squiggly fishcake” is simply the standard kind comprising a flat sheet of fishcake folded into a long strip then skewered on a stick.

The food was fine.

Each table here offers a private hotpot, with fishcakes brought to order – unlike most odeng bars, where everyone sits at a large central table and eats from a shared selection of items in the middle )see for example 3.319 JPN Satsumaage).
