Green Relish = leftover sauce from a recent taco application (see generally 17.026 Steak Wraps (Sans Wraps)) + onion + dill pickle + black pepper + English mustard.

Boston Hot Sausages, courtesy of KIT (see generally 17.012 Bacon Jjigae (Budae Jjigae)), turned out bland despite the pan-sear; and they weren’t at all hot.
