Ros Pyeonchae is a Korean dish.  Beef, roasted rare – in fact, “ros” 0r “ro-seu (로스)” is the Japanese derivation of the English word “roast,” a somewhat antiquated usage in modern Korean culinary terminology – chilled and sliced thin, wrapped in shredded vegetables, dipped in tangy soy sauce.  An uncommon dish available only at high end restaurants because of the quality of meat and care in preparation required.

This is the first time that it’s been featured on GMTD.

Vegetables: perilla leaves + red onions + pickled radish + bell peppers.

It was good.  Though frankly, the beef didn’t really taste like much.
