With leftover yukgaejang that W had ordered for lunch the other day, I strained out the solid bits and used the liquid as a base broth (no wasting food!), adding poached chicken breasts that I’d set aside from yesterday’s dinner (see 17.246 Chicken Marsala with Macaroni) in anticipation of today’s dinner (plan ahead!).
