With W out of town this week, I invited a few colleagues over for dinner, partly to socialize, partly to strategize our upcoming book launch in November – the first non-family guests in our newly renovated apartment.   Ordering Indian seemed the easiest thing.

Curries: Dal Makhi (3.5) + Butter Chicken (2.5) + Pala Paneer (2.5) + Lamb Vindaloo (3.0).
