Jack Jack is an American restaurant. Specializes in burgers and chicken sandwiches. Currently 2 locations (Itaewon, Anguk) (doesn’t appear to be a franchise chain). Open until 02:30.
The OCB was very good. Presumably a take on the Oklahoma Onion Smashburger (see generally 15.117 Oklahoma Onion Smashburgers), the patty was juicy in the middle crispy around the edges, topped with grilled onions, immersed in a blend of beautifully melted swiss and cheddar, with bits of pickled jalapeño for balance. In reviewing the item description as I write this, I see peanut butter sauce listed as a component, but I couldn’t really detect it (thankfully). Everything encased in a warm, squishy bun. One of the better burgers that I’ve had in recent memory, and certainly the best that I’ve ordered for delivery since moving back to Oksu (see for comparison 17.195 Beef Cheese Burger) – Jack Jack is now the place to beat.
