Chadol Sukju Bokkeum is a Korean/Japanese dish.  Consists of shaved brisket (chadolbagi) stir-fried (bokkeum) with mung bean sprouts (sukju).  While prevalent at izakaya in Korea, the dish can be found at izakaya in Japan, but is regarded as more of a Korea thing.  A simpler version of stir-fried bean sprouts (moyashi itame) is common in Japanese home cooking.

Like everything at this place, the dish was poorly executed yet vaguely edible.
