Daegabang is a Chinese restaurants.  The food is unabashedly, unmistakably in the Korean-Chinese tradition, which isn’t the same as Chinese food elsewhere in the world, but it can be good, so long as it’s done right, as it is here.

Yangjangpi at such places tend to be plated with the fresh components laid out in clockwise fashion to form a perimeter with the noodles and pork and other cooked components placed in the center.  Everything is mixed together prior to eating, but the arrangement does make for a better visual upon serving.
