Pan-Grilled Chicken with Bokchoy, Bamboo, and Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

An old standby with a new and improved twist: instead of deep-frying the chicken, I simply splashed some olive oil on the pieces and grilled them in a cast iron pan, then stir-fried the chicken with the other components in oyster sauce. Not only did this save time and energy, it resulted in a lighter and better dish.
