Spaghetti in Canned Clam Sauce

Much improved over the basic version presented before, the addition here of milk and parmesan and butter at the end not only increasing the volume of the sauce but also providing a mouth-watering creaminess. The diced red bell peppers, initially included for their color, added a touch of brightness in flavor to balance the richness of the other ingredients.
