Abalone with Mixed Vegetables in Oyster Sauce

I’m fully confident that I’ve mastered the oyster sauce stir-fry. The use of these particular vegetables, including baby corn, bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, and broccoli, which I associate with Chinese food, particularly Chinese food in the States, made it even better, like an actual dish from a restaurant. Wasn’t cheap: the vegetables alone costing about 12,000 won, 20,000 won for a few slices of abalone.
